2 ½ | c. | walnuts ground in food processor or blender

1/3 | c. | flaxseed meal

1/3 | c. | vegan chocolate chips (optional)

2/3 | c. | maple syrup
|
3 | tsp. | vanilla
|
3 | tbsp. | sesame seeds (optional)

| - Grease cookie sheet and preheat oven to 350°F
- In order, mix together ingredients well
- Drop dough on cookie sheet with spoon and flatten with fork
- Bake 10-15 minutes. Check often for burning
- Let cool before removing from cookie sheet
