Ingredients Steps
2 tbsp. Better Than Bouillon Vegetable Paste (or any Veg. Bouillon)
1-1 ½ qt. water
3-4 large carrots, sliced
3-4 stalks celery, sliced
1 head garlic, cleaned and sliced
1 bunch fresh spinach
8 oz. frozen green beans
4 oz. sun-dried tomatoes, sliced
2 tbsp. fresh basic, minced (or less dried basil)
1 large pkg. tortellini
salt and pepper, to taste
  1. Mix bouillon and water to make broth.
  2. Simmer carrots and celery in broth until slightly soft.
  3. Add garlic, green beans, basil, sun-dried tomatoes.
  4. When tender, add tortellini, cook according to package directions.
  5. Add spinach and cook a few minutes.
