3-4 | | large carrots, sliced

3-4 | stalks | celery, sliced

1 | head | garlic, cleaned and sliced

1 | bunch | fresh spinach
|
8 | oz. | frozen green beans
|
4 | oz. | sun-dried tomatoes, sliced
|
2 | tbsp. | fresh basic, minced (or less dried basil)
|
1 | large pkg. | tortellini
|
| | salt and pepper, to taste
|
| - Mix bouillon and water to make broth.
- Simmer carrots and celery in broth until slightly soft.
- Add garlic, green beans, basil, sun-dried tomatoes.
- When tender, add tortellini, cook according to package directions.
- Add spinach and cook a few minutes.
