Ingredients Steps
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. water
½ c. butter
¼ c. cocoa
½ c. buttermilk
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. peanut butter
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Spray a 9x13 pan with Pam.
  3. In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda, then set aside.
  4. In a large saucepan, combine water, butter, cocoa.
  5. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
  6. Remove from heat, gradually stir in flour mixture.
  7. Add buttermilk, eggs, vanilla.
  8. Stir until mixed.
  9. Pour into prepared pan, bake for 30-35 minutes.
  10. Cool.
  11. Spread peanut butter over the cake.
  12. Frost with Yummy Chocolate Frosting (below)

Yummy Chocolate Frosting
Ingredients Steps
5 tbsp. butter
¼ c. cocoa
3 c. confectioner's sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3-5 tbsp. milk
  1. Melt together butter, cocoa.
  2. Stir in sugar, vanilla, milk.
  3. When frosting is smooth, spread over the peanut butter.
