1 | c. | granulated sugar

1 | c. | dark brown sugar (firmly packed)

1 | c. | chocolate chips
|
1 | 6 oz. jar | pear baby food
|
½ | c. | crunchy peanut butter
|
2 | | egg whites
|
1 | tsp. | vanilla

| - Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Combine oats, flour, baking soda, sugars, and chocolate chips in a large
mixing bowl.
- Combine pears, peanut butter, egg whites and vanilla in a small bowl and
blend well.
- Add peanut butter mixture to dry ingredients and mix with a
fork until blended.
- Using an ice cream scoop, spoon dough 4 inches apart onto baking sheet that
has been coated with vegetable spray.
- Bake till golden (about 15 min).
