1 | can | beef broth

1 | can | French onion soup

6 | oz. | tomato paste

10-12 | oz. | mushrooms, cut up

1-2 | lbs. | any of the following in any combination:
chicken, shrimp, sausage (kielbasi type), ham

1 | tsp. each | basil, garlic powder, thyme, Creole seasoning
|
| | salt and pepper, to taste.
|
| - In large ovenproof casserole/Dutch oven, saute the onions and celery
in butter until soft.
- Add the remaining ingredients and stir.
- Cover and cook 1 hour at 350°F.
- Uncover and cook for 15 minutes more.
