| - Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a two-quart glass bowl, combine honey, apple juice concentrate,
lemon juice.
- Microwave on high, two minutes, stirring after one minute.
- Add dried fruits, stir to mix.
- Microwave on high, four minutes, stirring every minute.
- Cool for five minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, cereal, flour, baking soda,
cream of tartar, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves.
- Stir in fruit mixture, vanilla extract, lemon peel, egg whites. Mix until
well blended.
- Spread batter on a 9x13" ovenproof glass baking dish, bake at 350°F
for 25 minutes, or until nicely browned.
- Cool on a wire rack for 20 minutes.
- Cut into 32 bars.
