Ingredients

1 2/3 (1 1/3)	c.	water (see notes)
2/3 (1/3)	c.	cracked wheat (see notes)
2 ½	tbsp.	vegetable oil
1 1/3	tbsp	honey
1 1/3	tsp.	salt
2 2/3	tbsp.	gluten (optional)
1 1/3	c.	whole wheat flour
2	c.	bread flour
2	tsp.	yeast (one pkt.)

Add the ingredients to a bread machine in the appropriate order.

Notes

I use bulghur wheat (visit your local health food store) in place of cracked wheat.
I soak 1/3 c. cracked wheat in 1/3 c. water overnight in place of the 2/3 c. cracked wheat. I add the remaining 1 1/3 c. water to the bread machine.
