1 ½ | tsp. | baking powder

1 ½ | tsp. | baking soda

1 | c. | milk

½ | c. | vegetable oil

2 | tsp. | vanilla
|
1 | c. | boiling water
|
| - Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Grease and flour two 9" pans.
- Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla and beat on medium
for 2 minutes.
- Stir in boiling water with a spoon (mixture will be thin).
- Pour into prepared pans and bake 30-35 minutes.
- Cool for 10 minutes and remove from pans to cool completely.
