Ingredients Steps
2 bags Ramen Noodle Soup in Oriental flavor (other flavors will work too)
2 tbsp butter
¼ c. slivered almonds
¼ c. sunflower seeds
2 bags broccoli cold slaw (12 oz. prepackage mix)
  1. Break up ramen noodles.
  2. Melt butter in a large skillet over low/medium heat.
  3. Add the crushed noodles, slivered almonds, and sunflower seeds to the skillet and sauté, stirring occasionally.
Dressing
Ingredients Steps
¾ c. canola oil
¼ c. sugar
¼ c. vinegar
1 Ramen noodle seasoning packet
  1. Whisk together all the dressing ingredients in a small bowl (or jar).
  2. Place the bags of broccoli cole slaw into a bowl and toss with the noodles, almonds and sunflower seeds.
  3. Pour dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
