Ride Host Letter

Those who choose to lead a DOGS ride receive this letter with reminders of how to conduct the ride.

Ride Sign-up Sheet/Waiver

Ride leaders should ensure that all riders, members and non-members, sign a copy of this ride sign-up sheet. The sign-up sheet serves as a liability waiver, as well.

A parent or guardian must also sign a Minor Release of Liability for each minor that participates in a DOGS ride.

Accident Report

Of course, we hope never to have to use one of these, but.... Ride leaders should have a copy or two of this accident report form, just in case.
