| Halloween Bark and Bike Ride | |
|---|---|
| Saturday
Nov. 1 | You might think that with the resumption of Pancake breakfasts and
cool Fall weather, the DBLS DOGS would be doing a pancake ride on the
1st weekend in November. Well, such is not the case; we are planning
a just-after-Halloween ride with no pancakes and no long climbs out of
Califon. (Those rides will eventually take place, however, so don't think
you can sit in front of your new HDTV for the rest of the year.)
Join us for a 30 mile ride starting in Andover, costumes optional but desirable if you want to share in some silliness. We'll have bagels at the start and peanut butter(and sunflower butter) and jelly sandwiches. cookies, muffins, and drinks at the end. Of course, you may bring whatever you like to eat or drink and share with your DOGS buddies. Everyone is welcome - the pace will be moderate and no one will be dropped. Real dogs are welcome too; Barkley would love some canine company. |
