We decided not to do the ride due to the forecast that had a band of clearing in the AM... only to have a second round of cold, wet, windy weather return around noonish. But we did have two teams come out and ride anyway!!! The first team (Dan Dodson and Michelle Emerson) met us at breakfast and did not receive our cancellation notice due to the fact that they did not have a computer where they were this morning.... And the second team (Tracy and Barbara Cate) decided to come visit us at breakfast and ride anyway to test out some new pieces/parts they had installed on their bike yesterday. We did do our hike on the Columbia Trail as we had said we would... and as you can see by the one picture... we did have our parade rained on. And if we had done our ride we would NOT have finished our ride before the wet weather returned. So it was the best decision to delay our ride for another weekend, one preferably with sun and warmth.
